A CEE is a company that combines economic activity with a social purpose: offering protected employment to people with disabilities. At DIR Fulfillment, we apply this model to the courier, transport, and logistics sector.
In addition to obtaining professional courier, parcel, and warehousing services, companies contribute to labor inclusion and can benefit from Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
The General Disability Law (LGD) is the regulation that promotes the labor inclusion of people with disabilities. It requires companies with 50 or more employees to reserve at least 2% of their workforce for this group or, failing that, to apply alternative measures such as collaborating with Special Employment Centers.
